What can we say? After 359 days in Zambia, it was a very emotional bittersweet goodbye. Bitter in that we are leaving behind our good friends in Lusaka. Sweet in that we are at last continuing our circumnavigation of South and East Africa.
We will miss the friends we have made and the farm pets.
359 days!! WOW it’s going to be very difficult dragging yourselves away from your new found ‘family’.
As you say it is bitter sweet, because it’s time to move on to your next adventure.
Can’t wait for your next instalment!
As you will know we are in another national lockdown, what a nightmare, let’s hope we can all move on soon
Take care, lots of love to you both.
Pauline, John & Howard xx
Thanks Pauline xxx

Awwwhhhh. We miss the bad ass Balducci family too!! But we will meet again, I am sure!!
We miss you too! It’s very strange knowing that you’re not just “down the road” anymore (or maybe you are – it’s just a longer road…)!
I miss having breakfast with your little scamp too! xx
